During COVID lockdown, our founder, Rebecca Miller began spending more time online. As her Inbox filled with a plethora of emails from various brands, she soon realized that these brands were focused only on their need to sell a product. They were offering a monologue, not a dialogue which is a critical element to building a relationship, trust and ultimately brand loyalty.
Familiar with the positive impact of emotional attachment, from her previous work, Rebecca knew this practiced principle was the most effective method to engage customers, form authentic relationships and ultimately increase revenue performance. It is the overlooked opportunities between emotional attachment and purchasing decisions that serves as the foundation for our company, ARTful Communication.
